A Chandie is simply a catchy name for the most widely featured style of earrings sold on this site.  Virtually all earrings sold at FigureFashionJewelry are chandelier style earrings.  What a mouthful!!!  We prefer to call them Chandies.

How much does shipping cost?

 Standard shipping rate to all destinations within the United States is $7.00 .

How much do you charge for handling?

 We do not charge a handling fee.

When will my order ship?

 Orders are guaranteed to be shipped within 2 business days.  Orders received on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day after the order has been accepted.  Standard delivery time will vary from 3-7 business days to most destinations.

Backorder Policy

What if my order is out-of-stock?

 In the event that an item becomes out-of-stock although appearing available on our website, you will be notified of a tentative delivery date or informed that this item is no longer available via e-mail.  You will then have the option to cancel/change the order of that item.  If you decide to cancel the order of that item you must contact Support@FigureFashionJewelry.com and specify that you would like your order of that item to be cancelled and store credit issued.
